Our oils are used for Aromatherapy or Topical use.

Aromatherapy Instructions:

1) Plug diffuser into wall outlet
2) Add 100ml of water into the diffuser using measuring cup, if you don't have a diffuser, you can purchase it here.
3) Add 5-10 drops of your favorite oil into diffuser
4) Turn on diffuser using the MIST button
5) Within seconds, you will enjoy a naturally scented vapor disperse into the area.

If desired, you may add extra drops of the oil for a stronger scent. Experiment with the amount of oil you use and find what works best for you.

Diffuse up to 2 hours, 3 times daily or as you please. This is the safest way to enjoy the benefits of your oils and get the relief and relaxation you want.

Topical Instructions: 

Dilute to 2-5% with a carrier oil or a pure vegetable oil (e.g., olive, coconut or almond) of your choice and apply to the desired area of your skin.

Where to Topically Apply Essential Oils:

  • Crown of head
  • Temples
  • Behind ears
  • Neck
  • Upper back
  • Abdomen
  • Over vital organs
  • Soles and top of feet
  • Ankles

  • Attention: Essential oils are very potent, and some may be irritating to the skin. If irritation occurs, immediately apply V-6 Enhanced Vegetable Oil Complex or pure vegetable oil to the area to dilute.

    Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a health professional prior to use. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Essential oils should not be used directly on the skin. You should not drink essential oils, or use them in food. For external use only. 

    Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place.

    Lemongrass - Relaxing, Soothing
    Peppermint - Cooling, Energizing
    Sweet Orange - Uplifting, Mood Balance
    Tea Tree - Purifying, Detoxifying
    Eucalyptus - Respiratory Support
