How do I use oils?
Our oils are used for Aromatic or Topical use.
Aromatherapy: Add 3-5 drops of oil per 100ml of water in your diffuser. You can add more oil for a stronger scent. Experiment with the amount of oil you use and find what works best for you. Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily. This is the safest way to enjoy the benefits of your oils and get the relief and relaxation you want.
Topical: Dilute to 2-5% with the carrier oil of your choice and apply to the skin.
Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, consult a health professional prior to use. Keep away from eyes and mucous membranes. Essential oils should not be used directly on the skin. You should not drink essential oils, or use them in food. For external use only.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place.

What Does USDA Certified Mean?
USDA-Certified Organic essential oils are the future of the industry. People trust the USDA organic program for essential oils. And organic really matters! Unbiased third-party testing finds that half of the US essential oil companies sell at least some unreliable, adulterated or mislabeled products. So that USDA-Certified seal on the bottle is precious. It means no herbicides, no pesticides, no GMO, and no unwanted additives or preservatives.
Organic plants are more healthy and their oils are superior. Essential oils for healing ought to be organic if at all possible.
Where do you ship to?
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options we have. For all US domestic orders they should arrive within 3-5 business days from ship date, you will be receiving updates by email as well.
What is your refund policy?
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
